What is WaterSmart Alerts?
WaterSmart Alerts is a system that automatically sends notifications about water quality issues to impacted Aqua customers.
What are the benefits of WaterSmart Alerts?
Once a customer enrolls in WaterSmart Alerts, they will receive notifications regarding water quality issues that affect them.
How does WaterSmart Alerts work?
If there is an important issue impacting the water quality, WaterSmart Alerts will automatically contact affected customers through their preferred method of communication (email, telephone, or text/SMS message) to ensure they get the message quickly.
What do I need to sign up for WaterSmart Alerts?
The sign up process is quick and easy. Aqua customers can sign up on the WaterSmart Alerts web page.
You will need the following information to access the sign up form:
- Your 16 digit Aqua Account Number
- Your Zip Code
- Your Last Name/Company Name as it appears on your bill
Once you access the sign up form, let us know the best method to notify you by entering any or all of the following:
- E-mail Address
- Telephone Number
- Text/SMS Phone Number
Once you provide your contact information, you are automatically signed-up for the program!
